Dry Ingredients

Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled beef bacon
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.
