Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 8 pieces slider buns
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken thighs in a mixture of maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper, and onion powder for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cook the bacon until crispy, either in a skillet or oven.
  • Cook the marinated chicken on a grill or skillet for about 6-7 minutes on each side until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Toast the slider buns until golden brown, then assemble the sliders with mayonnaise, chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
  • Serve immediately or warm them on the grill for a minute or two before serving.
