Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients by shredding the cabbage, dicing the onion, and mincing the garlic and ginger.
  • In a large skillet, heat over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and ginger to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  • Stir in the shredded cabbage, mixing it well with the beef and other ingredients.
  • Pour in the soy sauce, brown sugar substitute, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve.
