Lemon Cake Mix

- 1 package cream cheese, softened 8-ounce
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 can lemon-lime soda 12-ounce
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (optional)
