  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice about 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 0.25 cup sliced green onions for garnish
  • 1 slices lemon for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with flour mixture.
  • Chop any vegetables you want to include.
  • Combine chicken broth, lemon juice, soy sauce, and honey to make the sauce.
  • Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger, then add chopped vegetables and stir-fry.
  • Combine sauce with vegetables, add chicken, and toss everything together.
