Instructions
Gather all ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
Reserve a small amount of the yogurt mixture for swirling if desired.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly to about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and add fresh berries on top.
Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Once frozen, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then break into pieces and serve.
