Ingredients
  

Yogurt Base

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt Provides creaminess and protein.
  • 1/4 cup honey Natural sweetener.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest Adds citrusy flavor.
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice Provides tangy taste.
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers Adds crunch.
  • 1/2 cup fresh berries Choose from strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.

Instructions
 

  • Gather all ingredients.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  • Reserve a small amount of the yogurt mixture for swirling if desired.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mixture onto the sheet and spread evenly to about 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle crushed graham crackers and add fresh berries on top.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  • Once frozen, let sit at room temperature for a few minutes, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
