  • 2 cups cooked white rice serves as the base

Instructions
 

  • Prepare all ingredients by mincing garlic and ginger, chopping green onions, and cooking rice according to package instructions.
  • In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
  • In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and crushed red pepper flakes. Pour over cooked beef and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in chopped green onions.
  • Serve by placing cooked rice in bowls and topping with beef mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds.
