  • 3 cloves garlic Minced for robust flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger Grated for a hint of spice.
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar Adds a tangy note.
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang Korean chili paste for a spicy kick.
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper For subtle heat.
  • 2 pieces green onions Chopped for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds Toasted for a crunchy finish.
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil For cooking the beef.

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the beef by combining soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, gochujang, and black pepper in a bowl. Add the beef and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the vegetables by chopping green onions and any additional vegetables you want to serve.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Remove beef from marinade and cook in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  • Serve the cooked beef with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, alongside steamed rice and vegetables.
