  • 4 large low-carb tortillas Wrap base to keep meal keto-friendly.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking to achieve crispy texture.

Instructions
 

  • Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Assemble the crunchwrap by layering the meat mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, and salsa on a tortilla.
  • Fold the tortilla edges towards the center to create a wrap. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook each crunchwrap seam-side down for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  • Remove from skillet and let cool for a minute before serving with extra salsa or sour cream.
