Wet Ingredients

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, then whisk wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine both mixtures to form a soft dough.
  • Knead the dough for 5 minutes, then let it rise in a greased bowl for 60 minutes until doubled in size.
  • Shape the donuts by rolling out the dough and cutting circles. Make indentations for the jam.
  • Let the shaped donuts rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake the donuts in a preheated oven at 350°F for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Cool the donuts slightly, dust with powdered sugar, and fill with jam.
