Graham Cracker Crust
- 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 cups unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cups powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cups shredded coconut
- 0.5 cups chopped pecans (optional)
- 1 cups mini marshmallows
- 0.5 cups white chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into a 9-inch pie pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool completely.
In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir in shredded coconut, chopped pecans, mini marshmallows, and white chocolate chips into the cream cheese mixture. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and smooth the top.
Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
