Cranberry Dip

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef sausage and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix and chicken broth. Stir until well moistened.
  • Add the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, onion, celery, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and parsley to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. Scoop the mixture into each muffin cup and press down gently.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
