Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden. Let it cool completely.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cooled crust. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the bananas, spreading it evenly.
  • Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drizzle with caramel sauce and add whipped cream on top before serving.
