Shrimp
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic fresh garlic gives a robust flavor

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for cooking the shrimp and vegetables
- 2 cups cooked rice white or brown rice as a base

Ensure shrimp are peeled and deveined. Thaw if frozen and pat dry.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, add broccoli and red bell pepper. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp. Return shrimp to skillet and pour sauce over. Stir and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
