- 1 pound ground beef Main protein source.

Wash and chop the vegetables. Dice the potatoes and slice the carrots. Chop the onion and mince the garlic.
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté for 3-4 minutes until translucent. Add ground beef and brown for 5-7 minutes.
Add sliced carrots, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add frozen peas and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
