  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter For spreading on the rolls.
  • 8 rolls Hawaiian sweet rolls The star of the sandwich.

Instructions
 

  • Gather your ingredients and have them ready.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.
  • Mix together the shredded cheddar and mozzarella in a bowl.
  • Spread the garlic butter mixture on the bottom half of each roll, layer with cheese, and place the top half back on.
  • Heat the skillet over medium heat and grill the sandwiches for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
