Brie cheese
- 8 ounces Brie cheese Cut into small pieces.
- 1 cup cranberry sauce Store-bought or homemade.
- 1 package frozen puff pastry 17.3 ounces, thawed.
- 1 large egg Beaten for egg wash.
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary Chopped (optional).
- 1 tablespoon sugar For sprinkling.
- flour For dusting.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 1-inch strips.
Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce along the center of each strip, add Brie pieces, and sprinkle with rosemary if using. Fold the sides over the filling, pinch to seal, and twist each strip.
Brush the tops with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar, and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
