Shrimp
- 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
- 1 lemon lemon cut into wedges for serving
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Add the shrimp to the garlic butter mixture and toss gently until fully coated.
