Shrimp

  • 1 pound large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 lemon lemon cut into wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Set aside in a large bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Add the shrimp to the garlic butter mixture and toss gently until fully coated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coated shrimp in a single layer. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the shrimp.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and opaque. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
