Ground Beef

  • 1 pound ground beef Choose lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Adds rich garlic flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Enhances overall taste.
  • 1 teaspoon salt Essential for flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper Adds a little kick.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese For classic cheeseburger taste.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds nutty flavor.
  • 1 package (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough Fluffy and buttery outer layer.
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted For brushing on top.
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped For freshness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced For extra flavor.

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until evenly distributed.
  • Open the package of refrigerated biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges over the filling and pinch to seal tightly.
  • Arrange the bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter, then sprinkle with minced garlic and chopped parsley. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving.
