Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix these ingredients well to create a flavorful marinade.
  • Add the chicken thighs to the bowl with the marinade. Make sure each piece is coated thoroughly. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
  • Arrange the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Bake the chicken thighs in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes until the skin is golden brown and crispy, and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
