- 1 pound sirloin steak Cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter Adds richness and flavor
- 4 cloves garlic Minced for aromatic kick
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary Chopped, or use ½ teaspoon dried
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme Chopped, or substitute with ½ teaspoon dried
- Salt and pepper To taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil For searing the steak
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes Halved
- 2 cups baby spinach Fresh and nutritious
Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add butter and let it melt. Then add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme, sauté for about 1 minute.
Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in baby spinach and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes.
Return the cooked steak to the skillet, toss everything together, and cook for an additional minute. Adjust seasoning if needed.
