Steak and Potatoes
- 1 pound sirloin steak Cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 pound baby potatoes Halved
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter For garlic butter sauce
- 4 cloves garlic Minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt and pepper To taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil For roasting potatoes
- fresh parsley Chopped for garnish
Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and season with salt, pepper, and dried thyme. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Sear the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Remove from heat and stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter until melted. Serve steak bites with crispy potatoes and garnish with fresh parsley.
