Steak

  • 1 pound sirloin steak Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter For the garlic butter sauce.
  • 4 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves Or use ½ teaspoon dried thyme.
  • salt and pepper To taste.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For cooking the steak.
  • chopped fresh parsley For garnish (optional).

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sirloin steak into 1-inch cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  • In a small bowl, combine minced garlic and thyme leaves.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak cubes for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Remove steak from skillet, reduce heat, and melt butter. Add garlic and thyme mixture, stirring for 30 seconds.
  • Return steak to skillet, toss in garlic butter, and cook for an additional minute.

Let the steak rest before serving for better flavor.
