  • 1 pound large shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup jasmine rice Fragrant rice

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the shrimp by rinsing under cold water, patting dry, and seasoning with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Cook the jasmine rice in chicken broth, bringing to a boil, then simmering for 15 minutes.
  • Make the garlic butter sauce by melting butter in a skillet, adding minced garlic, and sautéing for 1 minute.
  • Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  • Stir in lemon juice and cook for an additional minute before serving over rice.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
