Ground Beef

  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened This creamy ingredient adds richness and helps bind the filling.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Provides that classic cheeseburger taste and gooey texture.
  • 1 package (8 ounces) refrigerated crescent roll dough The flaky exterior that wraps around the filling.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted Used to brush on top for a golden finish.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds a punch of flavor to the butter.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) A sprinkle of parsley adds a pop of color and freshness.

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter with minced garlic. Set aside.
  • Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Place about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture on the wide end of each triangle. Roll up tightly and tuck in the sides. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Brush tops of roll-ups with garlic butter mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
