Fruity Pebbles cereal

  • 1 cup crushed Fruity Pebbles cereal
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup additional Fruity Pebbles for garnish
  • Sprinkles for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter and toast in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden and slightly crispy. Let cool slightly.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Gently fold in whipped topping.
  • Spoon a generous amount of cheesecake filling into the center of each cooled tortilla and fold like a taco. Top with additional Fruity Pebbles and optional sprinkles.
