Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken pieces in a bowl with a splash of soy sauce and a pinch of garlic powder for 15-20 minutes.
  • Prepare the sauce by combining sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger powder in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat until warm.
  • Dredge marinated chicken in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with panko breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Toss the cooked chicken in the warm sauce to coat evenly. Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
