Cream Cheese Mixture

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup diced salami
  • 1 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
  • 1/2 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/2 cup chopped black olives
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all the ingredients and equipment needed for the recipe.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese and mix with the diced salami, diced pepperoni, roasted red peppers, green olives, black olives, chopped parsley, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture onto a large piece of plastic wrap and shape it into a log. Twist the ends of the plastic wrap to secure the log tightly.
  • Chill the wrapped log in the refrigerator for at least 120 minutes to allow the flavors to meld and the log to firm up.
  • Unwrap the log and slice it into rounds. Serve with crackers, breadsticks, or vegetable sticks for dipping.
