  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn or flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Lime wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the chicken by shredding it and mixing it with spices.
  • Cook the chicken mixture in a skillet with olive oil for about 5 minutes.
