Chicken
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder for 15-20 minutes.
Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sriracha, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet or wok and fry the marinated chicken pieces in batches for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Combine the fried chicken with the prepared sauce in the skillet and toss until evenly coated.
Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving hot.
