Chicken Thighs

  • 2 pounds boneless and skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and soy sauce for at least 30 minutes.
  • Prepare the honey garlic sauce by mixing honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Bread the chicken by coating it in flour, then eggs, and finally panko breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the chicken in hot vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Glaze the fried chicken with the honey garlic sauce before serving.
