Wash the cucumbers thoroughly and slice them into thin rounds. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and add them to the bowl with the cucumbers.
Prepare the mozzarella by draining it and adding it to the bowl.
Gently toss the cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella together in the bowl. Add the torn basil leaves.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle this dressing over your salad and gently toss everything together. Let the salad sit for 10 minutes before serving.
