Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken thighs under cold water and pat them dry. Trim off any visible fat and place them in the bottom of the Crock-Pot.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the teriyaki sauce, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk until well blended.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs in the Crock-Pot, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  • Cover the Crock-Pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces and stir it back into the sauce. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
