Instructions
 

  • Marinate the chicken by whisking together soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, cornstarch, garlic powder, ground ginger, and black pepper. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with marinade. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Cook jasmine rice according to package instructions and keep warm.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned. Pour in reserved marinade and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until sauce thickens.
  • Assemble the rice bowls by placing warm jasmine rice in each bowl, topping with sticky chicken, and garnishing with green onions and sesame seeds.
