Red Potatoes

  • 2 pounds red potatoes, cut into quarters
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
 

  • Wash the red potatoes thoroughly under cold water, dry them, and cut into quarters.
  • In a large bowl, combine the quartered potatoes with olive oil and seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the seasoned potatoes in a single layer.
  • Roast the potatoes for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let the potatoes cool for a few minutes before serving.
