Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts Cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray For a light coating

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Cut the chicken breasts into strips about 1 inch wide.
  • In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • In another bowl, whisk together eggs and water. Coat each chicken strip in flour, then dip in egg mixture, and finally roll in panko and Parmesan mixture.
  • Place coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F.
