- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large low-carb tortillas

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
