  • 1 pound fresh green beans Trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Wash the green beans under cold water, trim the ends, and pat them dry.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  • Place the green beans in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Remove the green beans from the air fryer and drizzle with lemon juice if desired. Serve hot.
