Dijon aioli

  • 1 clove garlic Minced for an extra layer of flavor.
  • salt and pepper To taste, ensuring the aioli is perfectly seasoned.

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Brussels sprouts by trimming the ends and cutting them in half. Place them in a large bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Toss to coat.
  • In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Whisk until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet, cut side down. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the creamy Dijon aioli for dipping.
