- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups breadcrumbs preferably panko for extra crunch
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
Set up your breading station with three shallow bowls: one for the flour mixture, one for the egg wash, and one for the breadcrumb mixture.
