Ingredients
  

Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs preferably panko for extra crunch
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cooking spray or olive oil for drizzling

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
  • Set up your breading station with three shallow bowls: one for the flour mixture, one for the egg wash, and one for the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Coat each chicken strip in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg wash, and finally roll in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the coated chicken tenders on a prepared baking sheet and spray the tops with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy.
  • Let the chicken tenders cool slightly before serving.
