Instructions
Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 7-8 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar, mozzarella, cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Form the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs. Coat each ball in flour, dip in eggs, and roll in breadcrumbs.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F. Spray basket with cooking spray. Arrange balls in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
Remove from air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

Freezing the balls for at least 30 minutes is crucial for maintaining shape during cooking.
