Fritter Ingredients
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and diced Choose varieties like Granny Smith or Honeycrisp.
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 0.25 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg
- 0.5 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
