Cauliflower
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Wash the cauliflower thoroughly under cold water, cut into bite-sized florets, and set aside to dry.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully covered, and shake off excess batter.

In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to prepare the sauce.
Once cauliflower is done, toss it in the prepared sauce and serve.
