Ingredients
  

Cauliflower

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cauliflower thoroughly under cold water, cut into bite-sized florets, and set aside to dry.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it is fully covered, and shake off excess batter.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Place coated cauliflower in the basket and air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to prepare the sauce.
  • Once cauliflower is done, toss it in the prepared sauce and serve.
