- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional) for heat
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 2 cans white beans, drained and rinsed 15-ounce cans
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Cook the chicken by boiling, baking, or grilling. Shred the chicken using two forks.
