Cream Cheese
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts drained and chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach chopped, or use 1/2 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop. Wash and chop the spinach, drain and chop the artichoke hearts, and mince the garlic.
In a medium skillet, add a splash of water and bring it to a simmer. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese. Then, add the cooked spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
