  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (for garnish)
  • Tortilla chips or crackers (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • Gather all your ingredients.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, diced chicken, and jalapeños. Add hot sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving dish and smooth the top.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 60 minutes, preferably 120-180 minutes for best flavor.
