Spaghetti Bake Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 14.5 ounces can diced tomatoes, drained
- 10.5 ounces can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat.
Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for about 3-4 minutes until the onion is translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create a creamy sauce.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet and gently stir until coated with the sauce.
Transfer the spaghetti mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Add mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until melted.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
