- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Rinse and dry the chicken breasts, then place them in the bottom of the crock pot.
In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot, ensuring it is well coated.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crock pot and stir it back into the sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.
