Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Rinse and dry the chicken breasts, then place them in the bottom of the crock pot.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken in the crock pot, ensuring it is well coated.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  • Once cooked, shred the chicken in the crock pot and stir it back into the sauce. Garnish with parsley if desired.
