- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix Adds signature ranch flavor.
- 1 cup heavy cream Makes the sauce creamy and rich.
- 1 cup chicken broth Adds depth to the sauce.
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Melts beautifully and adds flavor.
- 1 tablespoon olive oil For searing the chicken.

Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine ranch seasoning mix, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Whisk until smooth.
Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Pour the creamy ranch sauce into the skillet, stir gently, and bring to a simmer. Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon sauce over it. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Let it rest before serving.
