Chicken

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth and add ranch seasoning mix. Stir to combine, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  • Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and transfer to a preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  • Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, stir the sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
