Chicken
- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 ounce ranch seasoning mix 1 packet
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil, and sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, pour in chicken broth and add ranch seasoning mix. Stir to combine, then add heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
Return the seared chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top, and transfer to a preheated oven. Bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from oven, let rest for a few minutes, stir the sauce, and garnish with parsley before serving.
